The idea that was chosen by myself and my peers was idea one the music magazine because, the music industry is such a big industry and there are many different genres and subgenres of music. They chose idea one because  they liked the colour scheme I was going to use red and black, the genre of music. I think it's the best idea because its simplistic and everybody can connect and relate to music; furthermore the artist who I chose Chance The Rapper was a key part in my idea because he doesn't rap about negativity, violence and gang wars he actually raps about the youth and positivity in the world right now. Also he raps about God and how change takes place form our generation. The reason why my other two were not chosen is because idea two is gaming and gaming is a very hard industry to break into and stand out additionally; the colour schemes are usually the same and gaming is mostly aimed towards the male audience and I would rather reach out to both male and female audienc

Once you have your focus group mention who’s there Purpose of focus group 2 way talk on my ideas Editing suite filmed Which idea was chosen by the group? Write a report on which idea was chosen and why was it chosen Did anyone come up with new suggestions Minutes and meetings  In my focus group it was me Nassim, Nest, Nassir and Leticia. The purpose of our focus group was to present and have a two-way discussion about each of our three ideas for our magazine covers, also we had to choose as a group which was the best and why and why the other two were not chosen. When I presented my ideas which were music, 2K Games (NBA2K18, WWE2K18) and a sports car magazine everyone chosen idea one but before they did that they asked me what my choice was and I said idea one. The location of where my focus group was recorded was the edit suite and there was no new suggestions.

Jamaican folk music evolved into mento which is an updated version. it was acoustic and sung by old people shakers , guitars marimba. Ska upbeat and fast because people be dancing to it, overtime people got bored of it the slowed it down to rock steady before reggae, lovers rock very slow and romantic. Then it evolved to dance hall abashment. Reggae became very popular in the 1960's and is mostly lead by the drums and bass, the sound of the bass is thick and heavy. Reggae is known for talking about social criticism, religion: however some song talk about love and socialising. This was because during these times and the past there was a lot of issue among religion because of people choosing whether to be Rastafarian or not, furthermore there was a lot of war and fighting and the music would on stop it temporarily. Also as time passes and different sub genres of reggae were introduced people would get bored of the old genres barbecue of the sound and people couldn't dance and

From my questionnaire the majority of people think that music is my best idea and I have different audiences, my product is unique because it has abstract colours. They also said I should change the car magazine to a magazine with a bigger industry  e.g. gaming and fashion. They said my moodboard reflect my magazine.

In this poster there are three main colours which are red,blue and white, blue signifies loyalty, trust, faith and hope. The red connotes power, war, energy,  danger, strength. Additionally  this is very traditional because the colours used are very patriarchal and it gives an political atmosphere because this campaign poster was used for Barack Obama when he was running for president in 2008.  The genre of this  poster is  editorial and  factual   because is presidential and the way its designed is  presidential.
