The idea that was chosen by myself and my peers was idea one the music magazine because, the music industry is such a big industry and there are many different genres and subgenres of music. They chose idea one because  they liked the colour scheme I was going to use red and black, the genre of music. I think it's the best idea because its simplistic and everybody can connect and relate to music; furthermore the artist who I chose Chance The Rapper was a key part in my idea because he doesn't rap about negativity, violence and gang wars he actually raps about the youth and positivity in the world right now. Also he raps about God and how change takes place form our generation. The reason why my other two were not chosen is because idea two is gaming and gaming is a very hard industry to break into and stand out additionally; the colour schemes are usually the same and gaming is mostly aimed towards the male audience and I would rather reach out to both male and female audienc...

Write a report on which idea was chosen and why was it chosen Did anyone come up with new suggestions Minutes and meetings  In my focus group it was me Nassim, Nest, Nassir and Leticia. The purpose of our focus group was to present and have a two-way discussion about each of our three ideas for our magazine covers, also we had to choose as a group which was the best and why and why the other two were not chosen. When I presented my ideas which were music, 2K Games (NBA2K18, WWE2K18) and a sports car magazine everyone chosen idea one but before they did that they asked me what my choice was and I said idea one. The location of where my focus group was recorded was the edit suite and there was no new suggestions.

From my questionnaire the majority of people think that music is my best idea and I have different audiences, my product is unique because it has abstract colours. They also said I should change the car magazine to a magazine with a bigger industry  e.g. gaming and fashion. They said my moodboard reflect my magazine.

Idea 1: Music is my first idea because i'm very inspired by music and musical artist , additionally music is always introducing new rappers and audiences. Target Audience: The target audience the youth ages 18+ but mostly people in their late twenties read this magazine and most of them are male readers.  78% of the readers are male and 22% are female. What is a digital publishing media sector: Digital publishing media sector is electronic publishing that is done digitally, examples of this are e-books, digital magazines. Digital Magazine Is an online version of an original magazine furthermore it can be accessed online and on most electronic devices. The genre I want to choose is is music and i will be choosing three different ideas in this assignment. The ways i will produce my ideas are verbal which include focus groups, written brief synopsis and informal discussions and visuals which include moodboards mind maps. I will receive feedback from teachers and peers and whatever idea is the best I will develop and present, with a presentation and cannot be a copy from elsewhere it has to be original and creative and everything has to be in my own words.
